Renovating an occupied home is a different trade to building a new one. You are working around a family, inside walls that hold surprises, on a schedule that has to actually mean something. After 25 years of it, we have a fair idea of what is behind most walls on this part of the Island.
We take on full-house renovations as well as single rooms. Whatever the scope, the same rule applies: what gets covered up gets done properly, because that is the part you will live with longest.

Living in the house while we work
Most of our renovation clients stay put through the job. We dust-seal the work area, keep the site tidy at the end of every day, and sequence the work so you keep a functioning kitchen or bathroom for as long as possible. You will always know who is arriving tomorrow and what they are doing.
Common questions
Can I stay in my home during the renovation?
In most cases yes. For full-house renovations back to the studs it is usually easier on everybody to move out for the heaviest stretch, and we will tell you honestly which one your project is.
How do you handle surprises behind the walls?
Older homes hide things: old wiring, rot, undersized structure. We open things up early where we can, tell you straight away what we found, and price the fix before we carry on. No quiet extras appearing at the end.
Do you do small renovations, or only large ones?
We do both. Plenty of our work is a single bathroom or kitchen. Give us a call and describe what you are after.
