Building on a sloped or rocky lot
Ocean view lots in Qualicum Beach, Nanoose Bay and the Sea Ridge area rarely come flat. Retaining, blasting, engineered foundations and stepped floor plans are all part of the job here. We would rather walk your lot early and tell you honestly what it will take than hand you a number that falls apart once the excavator arrives.
Common questions
How long does a custom home take to build?
Most of our custom homes run somewhere between ten and eighteen months from breaking ground to handover, depending on size, site difficulty and how quickly selections are made. We give you a realistic schedule at the start and keep you posted as it moves.
Do you build from my own plans?
Yes. Bring us a finished set of drawings and we will price and build them. If you are still at the idea stage, we can point you to designers we have worked with for years and stay involved while the plans come together, which usually saves money later.
What areas do you build custom homes in?
